Q. What's the first step in getting started?

A.The first step is to select the package that best suits your needs and place an order. As soon as you submit the order, you will receive instructions telling you how to submit photos, video clips and your message in script form. You will also receive a link to our Stock Footage Video Library where you can select scenes from ten thousand video clips that can greatly enhance the quality of your video production. You can take as long as you need to provide us with the material we need to produce your video.

Q. I have my own video clips. Can I use them in my video project?

A.Yes! Simply upload your video clips on our submittal site.

Q. How do I get the Video to play on my e-mail, and how does the video get on my website?

A. We send you a link that you must include in your e-mail. Whenever anyone clicks the link, your Video E-Mail appears in a separate window and starts playing. We also send you a file of your video that you can upload to YouTube and post your video on your Website, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and a host of other sites at no additional charge, whatsoever.

Q. How long does it take to get up and running?

A. You're up and running within 5 business days of receiving your material.

Q. How much storage do I need on my computer to store the videos?

A. You don't store anything on your computer! The average video file is only 4 to 5 Megabytes. We provide you with 10 Gigabytes of data transfer per month and up to 1 year of free video hosting. However, if you prefer to host your own videos, we'll send you the files at anytime.

Q. What if I exceed 10 Gigabytes?

A. 10 Gigabytes is an enormous amount of data transfer per month. It is very unlikely that you would ever reach your monthly limit. In the event you exceed your monthly limit, the video will fail to play for the remainder of the month.

Q. Can I select the narrator for my project.

A. No! Because we have a revolving pool of narrators with varying schedules, it simply is not feasible for clients to select individual narrators. However, you can rest assured that you will get Gary Rogers or one of our other broadcast professionals.

Q. What if I want something that's not on your list of services.....can you do it?

A. We have been in the production business for more than a quarter of a century! There is very little we can't do. Simply contact us, describe the project, and we'll quote you a price.

Q. What's the difference between the Standard Package and the Deluxe Package?

A. The Standard Video E-Mail Package includes all of the elements in the Deluxe Video E-Mail Package, with one exception. The Deluxe Video Email Package includes on-location shooting whereas the Standard Package is produced from photos and/or video clips you send us, and video clips you select from our stock footage video library.
